Deposit and Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a project or are thinking about booking a project, please take the time to read through my policies!

Deposits

In order to book a new project with me, I require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This holds your allotted slot for you appointment as well as gives me the go-ahead to draw up your design. This deposit comes off the total price of the tattoo, if we have a multiple-session project it will come off of the last session. Your deposit may be forfeited if one of the following happens.

  • You cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice (will make exceptions for certain emergencies)

  • You cancel/reschedule your appointment twice in a row.

  • You are 20+ minutes late to your appointment.

  • You arrive to your appointment inebriated or otherwise unable to be tattooed.

  • You request a new design or major changes to the design that would require an hour or more of preparation work. 

In the event your deposit is forfeited, you may pay another one to reschedule. 

Cancellations

Life happens, and I try to be as accommodating as I can be to reschedules. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let me know as soon as possible so I can fill your time slot. If you need to reschedule, you have two weeks from your original appointment date to reschedule, otherwise a new deposit is required. The only exception would be if a person falls pregnant.
